About us

After graduating from the University of Economics in Bratislava she worked for six years in the financial departments of production and trading companies. She joined Price Waterhouse, Tax, k.s. before working as an independent tax advisor for ten years. A corporate taxation and VAT specialist , she has advised large Slovak and multi-national clients covering a broad range of business and industrial sectors. She also has experience of dealing with personal income tax compliance and consultancy issues. She has a wide range of corporate finance expertise including strategic financial advice, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and advice on accounting issues. She is a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors and graduate of special courses, valuation of enterpreuners property and commercial law for tax advisors. She is a member of International Fiscal Association. She was a participant in Programme on Taxes and Finance in Japan, USA and Cyprus.
